The use of this site is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Your use or placement of any order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions represent the full and complete agreement between NZLED ("NZLED" or "we") and our customer ("you"), and supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any correspondence, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by NZLED. These terms can only be modified in a writing signed by a NZLED Vice President. NZLED reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

NZLED Limitation of Liability for Typographical Errors Policy

THE NZLED WEB SITE AND THE MATERIALS HEREIN ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” NZLED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, SITE UP-TIME OR SITE USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or the product is no longer available, NZLED will have the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. NZLED will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NZLED will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

NZLED Limited Jurisdiction & Venue Policy

The NZLED site is administered in Whenuapai, Auckland, New Zealand and all orders are deemed to be solely performed in Auckland, regardless of where you are located. You agree that any legal action brought against NZLED will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any cause of action must be brought within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose.

NZLED Payment Method Policy

We accept online banking and Pay Pal. All payments are required in NZ Dollars ($).  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

NZLED Inventory Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify that the item(s) ordered were in stock at the time the order was placed. NZLED reserves the right to offer for sale items that are temporarily out of stock but are currently in production, and are expected to be placed into inventory within 7 business days from receipt of your order. If at any time after receipt of your order, NZLED discovers that there will be a longer delay, NZLED will notify you via email as to the "backorder" and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at this time. NZLED reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in the form of a split shipment.
